‘Bovina Monday’ is a saying I had when I was running my bakery here in Bovina. It was open on the weekends and was always jam packed and busy. Monday would come - sometimes I had to run back to the city and sometimes I could stay in Bovina. Monday always seemed to hold all of the answers and be the most perfect day. Having made it through a busy work weekend, Monday would come, and I wouldn’t want to leave. Bovina Mondays were bliss. If I had to leave, it was wistfully. If I could stay, it felt like pure magic. Many years have passed since those days but I still use the term, even though I now get to live here full time!

This blend is an attempt to capture that Catskills magic. It’s all about bringing enthusiasm back into your life. Beauty, recovery, renewal. Inner guidance, remaining calm and protection.

This batch was brewed on a full moon - the Thunder / Buck full moon.

Wild Rose: Brings back enthusiasm and motivation.

French Rose: Used to treat depression and anxiety.

Elderflower: Beauty, recovery and renewal. Promotes inner security, encourages trust that all your needs will be provided for. Relaxes desire for perfection.
